Robert Porche, PT/Co-Owner

Robbie is a native of New Orleans, LA. After graduating from Jesuit High School as a member of the class of 1991, he attended Auburn University from 1991-1995. He then received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1997. Robbie is heavily involved in the local community and serves as the team physical therapist for multiple high schools in the area. He is also involved in the local running and triathlon community, which is one of his personal passions. At home, he is married to Danielle Montbriand Porche and is the proud father of Ryan and Madison.

Mike Murphy, PT/Co-Owner

Michael Murphy is the co-owner of OrthoPTic Rehab Clinic of Metairie. Mike is a graduate of Louisiana State University Medical Center, with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1979. Mike was one of the founders of OrthoPTic Rehab Clinic, along with Edwin “Bubba” Porche, and was later joined by Robert Porche.

Mike has been working in private practice since 1980, working 19 years in the River Parishes. He has worked closely with many high school athletes in New Orleans and the River Parishes and has vast experiences in all areas of Physical Therapy. He feels that personal care is the key to helping patients through their painful episodes and developing the strength to function normally again. He brings a contagious enthusiasm to physical therapy, with hands-on care and an expert knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Eric Waguespack, LPTA

Eric Waguespack is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant who has been with OrthoPTic Rehab Clinic of Metairie for over 10 years now. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Kinesiology as well as an associate’s degree from Delgado in Physical Therapy Assistant. Eric is an AFAA certified personal trainer and an avid fitness enthusiast. He provides knowledgeable hands on quality care while supporting the therapist with treatments and rehabilitation of patients. Eric is a lifelong resident of the greater New Orleans area and is currently active in many community wellness and outreach educational programs.

Michael Guillory MS, LAT, ATC

Michael is a native of Metairie, LA and is a graduate of East Jefferson High School class of 2003. He then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2007. Michael also received a Masters of Science Degree in Kinesiology Health and Human Performance from Lamar University in 2009. He has a passion for sports medicine and has served as an athletic trainer for the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Voo Doo, Lamar University, Jefferson Parish Public Schools, the US Club Soccer iD2 International Tournament Team, and is currently serving as an athletic trainer at Jesuit High School representing OrthoPTic Rehab Clinic. He resides in Metairie with his wife Melina and son Ellis.

Reginald Forstall Jr., PTA

Reginald Forstall Jr. PTA has been practicing as a licensed PTA for the past 18 years. Formerly the assistant to Tom Shaw Speed and Conditioning, he spent time coaching with the New Orleans Saints and later the New England Patriots. Reggie is a native New Orleanian and graduate of Lutheran High School.

Travis Rousselle

Travis Rousselle is a native and resident of Marrero, La. He graduated from Nicholls State University in 2018 with his B.S. in Athletic Training. At that time, he was also the recipient of the Earl “Bubba” Porche College Student Achievement Award. He has worked on the professional, collegiate, and high school levels as a certified athletic trainer. Travis enjoys being in the action of sports medicine and currently serves as the AT for De La Salle High School, here in New Orleans. He is a member of the state and national societies for Athletic Training.
